You know i find that it doesn't take much longer to make healthy food in your kitchen as running to the unhealthy fast food restaurant down the street. Just keep some healthy salads in the refrigerator or make up batches of healthy food that can be reheated quickly over a couple of days. You'll save money and save inches!
